This course explores the integration of narrative therapy techniques with EMDR therapy to enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients. Participants will learn how to identify and articulate personal narratives that influence trauma responses, providing a deeper understanding of clients’ experiences.

By utilizing narrative therapy’s emphasis on storytelling and meaning-making, practitioners will discover effective ways to pinpoint specific targets for EMDR processing. Through experiential exercises, case studies, and group discussions, attendees will develop skills to facilitate clients’ self-exploration, reframe traumatic narratives, and integrate holistic approaches to healing. This course aims to empower therapists with innovative strategies to support clients in their journey toward resilience and recovery.
